Photography by Angela Hechtfisch.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"h-getting-to-masada\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Getting to \u201cMasada\u201d<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Masada is a national park and ancient fortress located near the southern part of the Dead Sea\u2014together, they are among Israel\u2019s most iconic attractions. There are two separate entrances to the mountaintop: east and west. These access points are not connected, due to nature preservation efforts.
